Hi, I constantly got the blue screen with the following
error message:

Stop 0x000000D1 (0xe2dab040, 0x000000ff, 0x00000001,
0xbb59b7ac) Address bb59b7ac base at bb596000, DateStamp
3ecd5361 -- mrxsmb.sys

Most the time it happens when I rebooted the machine and
after a short period of time, it crashed. And it often
crashs during the night when I leave the machine running.
And if often happens when I surf the net using the
explorer 6. I searched the knowledge base and installed
the SP4, but could not solve the problem. It's really
frustrating. I badly need your help!

I seem to recall this scenario having to do with a virus. Make sure you
have installed all the latest patches from MS.

Thanks for quick response. I suspect it's virus related as
well. Every time when I received a new email, the outlook
will popup a dialog message box asking that some program
is going to send out a message on behalf of you, do you
want to send? If I click on yes button, a message with
virus will send out to one of my addresses. I tried every
thing but failed to locate the virus. I just can't figure
out what should I do other than reformat the disks, which
will force me to re-install the windows, many many other
software and lots of configurations,... that I hardly
affordable.

have a lot of software installed and configured that
working properly.

Did you try using a virus scanner? A good one, such as the ones from McAfee
or Symantec? Is your virus scanner updated with the latest virus
definitions?
