My operating system is Windows 98. It came with the
computer. When using Explorer 6.0, an error message comes
up every about every 15 minutes with the statement:

A fatal error has occurred. This program will now be
closed.

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module USER.EXE at 001e:0000166c.
