I installed software to allow pc-phone data transfer. i've used this before with no problems. pc immediately crashed, and now reboots constantly. if i disconnect the POWER to both the hard drives running off my promise ide/raid interface (running as ide) it boots normally and runs. as soon as the power is connected to either of these drives, the pc reboots constantly (not even reaching the bios screen). this happens even with the data cables disconnected. i've uninstalled the phone software, and rolled back the promise software, but the problems remain. any suggestions gratefully received!
