constant disk access

when system is idle my disk is constantly being accessed. there is no network
traffic however so i don't think it's spyware. i've made a process monitor
log file, i'd appreciate if anyone can take a look and help me resolve this
issue.

what i've noticed from the log file is that the system constantly accesses
the DHCP registry entries in the same way and repeats it forever. you can see
