Can somebody help me with explaining why some application
install work on a console and not on TS seesion? What is
different? Can i fool TS session to think it is a console?

Some apps open dialogs in the console, which you can't see
if you are logged to a winstation. Maybe that is your
prob.

Anyway, I'd recommend to use any kind of remote control
tool as VNC or DameWare or whichever gives you a remote
console an install from within that remote console.
