consistant app crash

's Computer Specifications

My copy of outlook 2003 crashes on a continual basis.
I ran it initially on XP with no problems
when I re-loaded it on my new Vista Home Premium the trouble began.
I have tried re-installing the program with no success.
Any suggestions?
