i was considering the options to change my e-mail client from
Microsoft outlook express to Microsoft outlook 2003. i wanted to know
what users of this product think.

Depends whether you want a simply email client or a PIM

I use it every day and couldn't get along without it.

i would like a PIM to schedule appointments and meetings, store
contact info, send e-mail and manage tasks

All of the above. The only feature in Outlook I don't use on a daily basis
is the Journal.
