I use hotmail via Outlook 2003. I recently had a message from Hotmail telling me I needed to download Outlook Connector to continue using hotmail and outlook. I did that, but when I look at sent items "To", it displays my name and not the name of the person I emailed! Help please - this is so frustrating!.

Are you sure you looking at the To field? Verify that you view is set to
"Sent To" and not "Messages";
View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Sent To

If the view is already set to Sent To, reset it and see if it works now.

I've tried that already, but it still doesn't work! I assume it is something to do with the settings within Outlook Connector..

It shouldn't be anything in the connector. Is it really the To field you
see? It's usually the From field is showing the view, not the To field and
resetting the view fixes it. You can also make a custom view that shows the
To field.

if you open the message, are the correct names in the correct fields?
