This was working fine yesterday, and now... Not. Does anyone have any ideas?
Below is the log entry:

Time: 10/31/2007 7:38:53 AM
Error in Mail
There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your
account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.
Error: 4102. Client. Cannot change immutable data: MessageClass.

Now I can access my mail fine on the web, and there have been no changes in
my web account since yesterday. I actually have not logged into my web
account for quite a while because the Connector has been working.

Same problem here as well only it started yesterday afternoon for me.

More info from the Sync Issues Folder:

The following issues occured while synchronizing with the server:

Folder Collection Sync Key: 0{7B51CF61-483C-4EEC-94F0-7DEBBCA57AB8}352

Message Collection Sync Key: 0{4D495D90-18E0-4D23-A668-8DADF9042113}352

There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your
account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.
Error: 4102. Client. Cannot change immutable data: MessageClass.

No Joy with Microsoft Help either. Outlook Connector Help needs a Product ID
but rejects the ID from Outlook Connector Help as being in the wrong format?

I'm almost to the point of deleting the Hotmail account then putting it back
in to see if that works...but I'd rather not if there's a better solution!

Thanks in advance for any help.

I deleted my hotmail account and added it again. This works fine, but is a
pain... I am not sure what happened. Maybe the Microsoft updates that were
released yesterday.

I deleted mine also yesterday and added it again. It worked fine, but now it
is doing the same thing again.

Who out there in Microsoft-land is working on this issue? This continues to
be a problem. It would seem to me that MSN/hotmail should be able to speak to
Microsoft outlook WITHOUT the added and repeated gymnastics

So has anyone been able to get Connector to upload changes (like if you moved
an email from your inbox to another folder) back to Hotmail?

My system seems to download messages from Hotmail to Outlook just fine, but
there's no communication in the other direction. Is there supposed to be?

Thanks ahead of time for your replies.

To all -

I just had the same problem - Outlook Connector was working perfectly for
nine months and then one day I couldn't get it to communicate with hotmail -
I got the Sync error message like people above. I tried and tried to fix it
(and I'm pretty computer illiterate). I just added the hotmail account again
- and it worked - after like six hours of downloading everything to
OUtlook...again...and now i have two "hotmail" Inboxes in Outlook, but it
worked...we'll see for how long...

I'd love to know a better fix then this, though.
