hello,
im not sure if this is the right place to post the specific question.
i have two user that connect through terminal services to an application
server.
the last month, everyday the users cannot operate the application and i have
to go in the connection (which shows them as active) and send the command to
log them off.
after the specific step, the users can succesfully log in again and continue
their operations until the next time.
in the events i have no error regarding terminal services licensing or what
so ever.
any suggestions to this issue would be very helpfull.

Exactly what happens?
The users can logon to the Terminal Server desktop?
And when they start the application, it hangs, or....?
Does this happen with every application? Can they run Notepad on
the Terminal Server?
If it only happens with one application, can you give us the
details about it? Which application is it? Which vendor?
Has it worked correctly before? If so, when did it stop working,
and what was changed on the server immediately before it stopped
working?
Does this happen for every user?
Can you as Administrator run the application successfully through
terminal Services?
