connection, web, error 733

I keep geting a error 733 when i connect to net. i have reset all my setting with optus and set up a new one using my mates connections. still same error. i went into Dos and tried pinging myself (felt good

but i couldnt even do that. The Tc/Ip protoclols have gone feral. must be a communication problem some where. help! (sick of spending money at rip off net cafe.
