Connection Time-out

This may seem like a simple problem but I just can't seem to get things to
work. My husbands computer was working fine yesterday, this morning he can't
connect to the internet even though his computer is showing that he has a
connection. We only get a "The connection has timed out" message. I've tried
everything including running a virus scan and can't get it to connect. Any
suggestions?

It's a ZoneAlarm problem. ZoneAlarm has fixed it, and there's a new
version available to download on their web site.
