Connection to server problems!!!

Hi,
I am running windows 2000 pro, and when I try to
register my copy, and down load service packs, It tells me
I have a prob conecting to MSN server. The only prob is, I
am already on the web site. so what is a guy to do. HELP,
I need to down load SP3&4 so I can put office 2003 on. HELP
