I've recently set up my e-mail account with Outlook 2003 (IMAP), but am struggling to configure this. I can read my messages, but it appears to be offline (says "connection to the server could not be made") and cannot send any messages.

I’m running VISTA and have no issues with internet connectivity. I’d really appreciate your expert advice on how I can overcome this issue.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Do you have any type of 3rd party antivirus or firewall installed that could
be interfering?
