I am trying to log onto my school's webmail through Windows Mail, and
for some reason why I try and send/receive it opens up a dialog box asking
me to add folders within the account, and then it says 'the server has
refused the connection'. What could be wrong? Get back to me, thanks
Kyle

Windows Mail does not support webmail accounts:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926374/en-us
You cannot configure Windows Mail to use a Web-based e-mail account in
Windows Vista

Windows Live Mail does support this type account:

I'm not familiar with Yahoo Small Business, but I would imagine
they have a web page with instructions, although at first glance
I didn't see anything helpful. Did they give you your own domain
name, and does your email address have that domain name in it?
