Do the 2003 servers register with a Wins server? Do they show up in their
own browse lists? Can the 2003 servers access the shares on the PDC? Can the
PDC access shares on the 2003 servers?

The Servers dont show up in there onw browse lists, they can browse the
netlogon share on the pdc as for wins one of the servers is running
wins(server) and does regester itself with itseft... if that makes sence
