Need a good connection manager to manage wireless connections
(profiles) in WinXP (PRO SP2). Looking for something that is not tied
to a provider and "calls home" ( which
<http://www.boingo.com/download.html> seems to do. Otherwise OK software).
Need to save encrypted keys and other particular settings for each
connection point, including "never connect" setting for any given
connection point etc. Preferably one that can arrange according to
preferences, for example such as IF both connection A and B is within
range, try A first. Suggestions?
