connection interrupted by loading

when i try to see a video or live stream i got off line, i received the
message : error C000005 module VIGSOCKC.DLL on the address 037412BE. I have
Windows XP Professional SP 2 and Windows Media Player 10, my provider is AOL.
Any advise?? I'm a starter, thanks
