I have read all 13 pages of the newsgroup for help. My
anti-spyware will not update. But it will run all other
options that are availble in the program. I have a local
internet service provider (I live in a small community.)
I wondered if having a local internet connection might be
my problem with connectivity. I have the latest beta 1
installed on a windows xp home edition by dell. I keep up
to date on all windows updates. I also have norton
antivirus installed and it is kept updated as well. I
have tried manual updating and added microsoft beta anti-
spyware on exceptions tab in my firewall security center
in order to establish a connection. STILL NO GO!!!
Any suggestions?? I have plenty of patience but not a lot
of computer experience working with complcated fixes, but
I am willing to try anything with detailed instrucions.
Hope to hear from you soon. THANKS BUNCHES!!

Hello Mickydds;

Is your Internet Explorer or Outlook Express set to work
off-line or on-line? Please check in the File menu of
Internet Exporer or Outlook Express - the "Work off-line"
option should nšt be checked.
