Hi Mike,
I had same problem as you had with vista business. I tried hard to
find the answer and finally found that Trial version of Norton stopped
outlook from connecting to our exchange server. I disabled it and
worked. So if you have Norton or anyother antivirus try to disable and
see if it works for you.
