Connection Error

I am using 2003 and have been for years without incident. Recently when I
attempt to publish to the web server I get the "server extensions" error
message and can't get to a logon screen. The extensions are installed
because I can logon and publish to the server with my laptop, on the same
network, just fine.

When I open a site in IE on my laptop and select "edit site in FP" I get the
logon screen and FP opens theh web. When I try it on the "problem PC" The
page opens but not the entire site as a logon screen is never presented.

I recently installed IE7 and it would not recognize FP as the default HTML
under "programs" so I uninstalled it in case it was the issue but the
problem persists. There is something within FP on this PC that is
preventing me from connecting and I am at my wit's end trying to figure out
what it is.

I would most sincerely appreciate ANY assistance you can provide in getting
this issue resolved.
