Connecting xp clients to an NT terminal server

hello, I was wondering if anyone can tell me the answer to the folloowing
question:

If I have an xp client and I want him to be able to connect to an nt
terminal server, does each xp client need to have an nt t/s license?

Is the xp client t/s license valid for an nt terminal server?
