If you only want to connect to the server for remote adminstration
purposes, then you should *not* have installed Terminal Services,
because that implies Application Server mode and requires a TS
Licensing Server and TS CALs.
Uninstall TS completely, reboot, and enable Remote Desktop for
Administration, in System - properties - Remote.
