I cannot sign-in to publish my web-site. It has been working fine until
yesterday.
I put in my user name and password ( which are both right ) and the box pops
up again with just my user name in it. I disabled the firewall and it doesn't
help. Anyone have any suggestions ?

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:
http://support.microsoft.com
If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.
