The IP address of the router with the DSL modem attached is the gateway
IP for all computers on the network. And all devices on the network
must have the first three IP address numbers the same. In your case,
192.168.1. and the same subnet mask, probably 255.255.255.0.
But, you didn't say how you have connected the two routers. They should
be connected via LAN ports, the WAN port on the wireless router will be
unused. And you may need to use a crossover cable, not a straight
through cable unless one of your routers can use straight. And you will
have to disable DHCP on the wireless router and assign static IP
addresses.
