I want to divide my netwok into 2 subnets. To connect them, do I have to have 1 W2K Server configured as a Router on each one, or I can configure a only one W2K server as a router with 2 NIC's, each one to a subnet

I think you said the same thing twice.

1 server, 2 NIC's, and you should be good.
