Connecting to receive email

's Computer Specifications

I have just changed computers, what do I do to start receiving email. I get
windows opening, giving me information but no path to follow to get
connected.

It isn't clear to me where you are stuck.
Click Start, E-mail.
The new account wizard should guide you through the setup process.
