Connecting Outlook to Exchange

Hi,

I've got a new laptop, I need to connect it to the office's Exchange Server
using RPC over the internet. When I select Add exchange account, do I just
type in the name of my exchange server?

Because when I do this, it tries to look for the domain and won't let me
connect to Exchange because I'm not connected to the LAN. I know I can
configure it to use RPC, but it won't let me get into the options to set
this up....

Can this be done?
