The fact that Ipconfig shows nothing on the one system is where to start.
Check the configuration of the TCP/IP properties on that system, it looks
like the properties maybe empty.
res://C:\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#htp: means there is no
proper DNS server for the system to query.
Do you use DHCP or are the systems static?
Are the NIC drivers loaded?
