Connecting to Internet ISP using a calling card

I cannot locate any Help or instructions how to set-up a
telephone Internet connection using a Calling Card in
Window XP Home edition. This procedure was realatively
easy in Win 98 or ME. I have found the calling card
section in the Dialing Rules Edit section, however, after
completing the data input I cannot get it to dial using
the calling card information.
