Connecting Internet with Internet connection sharing (ICS) in winxp

I am running windowsxp pro and want to enable internet
connection sharing in my pc but there is no option for
Allow other network users to connect through this
computer's Internet connection in the (Network
Connections/Properties/ Advanced Tab.)

so kindly give me the suggestion to enable the internet
connection sharing in winxp pro.

netsetup

and follow the directions.
