Connecting a Digital Receiver to PC Win XP USB audio based ?

Does any body know how can i connect a Digital A/V
receiver to a PC Win XP USB audio based, the trasmission
must be digital using an adapter USB/RCA Example : Edirol.

I have a doubt because the data must be a PCM standard
stream.
