i want my team mates mails also get flagged when i put a flag in my mail.

Can anyone help me in this?

Just to clarify what you want:

You get an email that your team mates also get.
You flag the message with, say, an orange flag.
You would like the message in your team mates mailbox to become flagged
orange as well.

If yes, then, no, there isn't a way out of the box to do it. If you shared a
mailbox, then the flag would be set for all users accessing the mailbox.
That doesn't help it if someone mails you each individually, of course.
