I connecting to office over ADSL (I have ISP Pairs Accounts that see
only each others with Private IP, so the PC from both side not see the
Internet). on this connection I open window VPN to get network to
office. when we use with 33 Modem we have compression (Enable Modem
compression). So in ADSL I not see this option. and I try to check if
it present by sending big (EXE) file with 2MB, and send the other file
with the same size after I compression it manually. the time of
transmit is same! So not compression present!

Have a way to get Compression connecting for ADSL?

You do not! ADSL is not like any standard analog 33 modems. This is a
"digital" type connection and compression may already be "on" when
required.
