You can't connect a computer to a harddrive, but you can install
the second computer's hard drive in the first computer
temporarily, and transfer any needed files over.
Or if you want to do this on a regular basis, you may want to
invest in a KVM switch, which lets you share a monitor and
keyboard between two computers.
