connect outlook to outlook web app

's Computer Specifications

So I am trying to connect my college supplied email
username@live.(college).edu
According to the information online Outlook Web App should be an easy
connection, but I can not get Outlook to connect. I follow the onscreen
instructions, but get outlook can not connect. Any Ideas as to what I am
doing wrong?

You should ask the admins at the college.
