I have tried to set up remote desktop web connection to my home computer so
that I can connect to various locations, but this time for some reason I am
gettin various errors when i try to connect (it was setup previously and
working but has to format pc)

Heres what I have done,

enabled remote desktop on the pc in question,
setup Microsoft IIS on the pc, and installed rdc web to tsweb folder
changed the port it goes into to 1975
opened up this port (1975) and 3389 on my NAT router - forwarded them to the
pc that has IIS and RDCweb installed,
connected to the pc from the web and I get the login screen,
I put in the detailed of the pc name, tried it with the internal ip as well ,

But when I click conenct I will get one of the follwoing errors (the 1st
error message is the most common message I get),

'the specified remote computer could not be found, verify that you have
typed the correct computer name or ip address, and then try connecting again'

or

'the client could not connect to the remote computer. remote connections
might not be enabled or the computer might be to busy to accept new
connections. it is alos possible that network problems are preventing your
connection. please try connecting again later. if the problem continues to
occur, contact your administrator'

Robert,
Thats the confusing part, if i go the the web port that ive setup
for rdc web , i get the login screen, i type in the pc name and it lets me
rdc it without any problems.

It just wont let me rdc it when I come throught the nat router from external
(it is def port 3389 for rdc isnt it?)
