Hello,
Can someone please tell me how I can connect to the Internet and/or
disconnect from it using C#.NET ? I just want to open this window in
order to connect:

and to know how to disconnect.

Hi there,

You can automatically connect to the net, if a default connection has been
selected inside the options of IE and the option "Dial whenever network
connection is not present" has been chosen for it. Besides that, you can use
a tool that comes with Windows 2000/XP/Windows Server 2k3 called
RasDial.exe. You can start it with a parameter specifying the name of the
connection that should be dialed. Check out the doc on the subject at:
