"Connect action to update your routing table failed "

Hello. I am using CMAK to configure the VPN client to connect to our
RAS server. I am leaving everything as default, except I am including
a routing table update which I want to remove the default gateway (I am
NOT unchecking the "use remote as default gateway option in the TCP/IP
properties of the connection). However, when I attempt to connect, I
get the following error:
"Connect action to update your routing table failed (8007000b)."
Can someone please offer some advice? I follow Microsoft's directions
on how to configure this but it isn't working. :-(
