Hello,
Problem just started with Outlook 2003 svc pk 3, error mess: "Cannot start ms outlook. Unable to open Outlook window. Set of folders could not be opened. Server not available".
I have check with ISP no help. Tried system restore no help. Checked on Microsoft.com for a solution, nothing. I am totally stumped as all was fine until 3 days ago and I have done nothing that I know of to cause this??? I have 3 PC networked in home and both of the others work fine with other mail programs and same ISP??
