good luck with Dell rebate. They don't honor warranties
or rebates. My rebate check fromk Dell actually bounced
this year and they ignore all attempts to discuss it.
There is a lot of similar information online and in
various copmputer magazines about Dell service. Perhaps
a class action suit will help. They certainly have
earned one.
