I Cannot Download Some Items. Computer Says That My C Drive Or C File
Are Not There Anymore. How Can I Get Theese Back?

I don't know what you mean by a "C File". If your C:\ drive were really
missing then you would not be able to boot into Windows. Perhaps you are
trying to download to a location that no longer exists but there is no
way to tell what's really going on from your post.
