When I go into safe mode, I can access a page that says Administrator. When I
boot with the C: prompt, Administrator doesn't come up.
Administrator.DARLENE-OK8Q9L5.000 comes up. I can password this account.

I work in Owner account in regular windows. On the Windows page, I can
password this identity.

In Windows Explorer, when I'm working in Owner, the following users appear
under Documents and Settings:
Adminstrator - I can access this. If it were actually Administrator, I
shouldn't be able to access it from Owner.

Administrator.DARLENE-OK8Q9L5 - I can access this. (DARLENE-OK8Q9L5 is the
name of the machine.)

Administrator.DARLENE-OK8Q9L5.000 - I cannot access this from Owner. I
believe it is what I'm accessing when I go into Safe Mode and click on
Administrator. When I'm in it, I can't perform administrative acts, such as
rename Owner.

All Users - I can access this.

Default User - I can access this.

LocalService - I can open this folder but cannot open the files.

NetworkService - I can open the folder but cannot open the files.

Owner - This is the ID I work with.

I should not be able to open Administrator from Owner. I should have to
reboot into Safe Mode.

I went into, I think, SAM, and saw this:
RID01p4 Administrator Disabled or locked.
RID01f5 Guest Disabled or locked.
RID03e8 Help Assistant Disabled or locked.
RID03eb Owner Disabled or locked.
RID03ea Support_388945a0 Disabled or locked.

I went back into Windows and removed all passwords - Administrator, Owner,
and Zone Alarm.

Back in SAM(?), I saw this:
RID01p4 Administrator
RID01f5 Guest Disabled or locked.
RID03e8 Help Assistant Disabled or locked.
RID03eb Owner Disabled or locked.
RID03ea Support_388945a0 Disabled or locked.

Only the password for Administrator (which I believe is actually
Administrator.DARLENE-OK8Q9L5.000) was removed. Even Owner was still
passworded and locked.

Can anyone explain this mess?
