I am trying to do a comment page then after they press
the submit button they have a conformation page saying
that there request has been sent to me. Also how do I get
there request. Another thing is, do you think that frame
website are really good if not why and please give me
some suggestion on how to improve my website for school.
It is a Personal website.

1. Design the form, then right-click it and choose Form
Properties.

2. Select Send To File Name / E-Mail Address or Send To
Database.

3. Click the Options button to configure any specific
settings.

Of course, you get the results by retrieving the file,
receiving the mail, or querying the database.

Most people have gotten away from 100% frames-based
sites. However, frames are sill useful for applications
that need to scroll lists of repetitive items too long or
too complex for a drop-down list box.

You need to put your email address in the form > properties dialogue, if you want
to receive it as an email otherwise it can be sent to a text file on your server
for your reviewing later.

Framed pages.....depends on how you use them and if browsers support them.
Personally I'd rather not use them, but it is really a personal preference.

Could you please post back with the web address of your site. We can't really
advise on how to improve it without seeing it first.
