I used to upload my website with my main pc,but now i have copied the files
onto my laptop, but when i try to upload it says the files are in conflict, and
it will not upload the page.i have tried overwriting all pages and just
changed pages with no luck.I have also deleted some files that i dont need on
the server but it will not carry out this operation.

How did you "copy" the web to your laptop??

The best thing to do is open the live web in FrontPage, and then File >
Publish site back down to the laptop.
