conflicts with outlook calendar sharing on 98 vs XP?

I am having conflicts with outlook running on windows 98 and XP when sharing
a calendar. The calendar on XP adds one day to the event / appoinment
???

Check daylight savings time settings on both machines in control panel as
well as Outlook.
