Recently I updated my XP-Pro OS With the Service Pack 1a
download only to find that it rendered my favorite mouse
helpless. Three times I tried and three times the giant
Windows Update squelched the little Belkin Mini Wireless
Mouse! This miffed me greatly since I've grown quite fond
of the little mouse. It's small, cute, does everything I
ask of it and has never let me down. If only Windows and
my last girlfriend had such qualities, I'd be a happy man!
I tried everything I knew to get SP-1 and the mouse to
cohabitate in harmony but to no avail...alass...! Anyhow,
SP-1 felt the wrath of "The Badass Boot", leaving the
little Belkin Mouse and I to live happily ever after,
albeit with the woefully deficient Windows. The Moral; "A
mouse in the hand beats the *&%#@! out of a pack of
patches"!...or something. THE END. Oh yeah...if anyone out
there in Windowsland can tell me how to get Mouse and
Service pack to live together, please let me know. Most
