conflict - wmm2 crashes

's Computer Specifications

System: amd 2200cpu/asus mobo w all latest bios patches
etc / 512 ram

Running XP home - appropriately patched with latest
hotfixes etc

Video graphic card ATI radeon all-in-wonder 7500 w
appropriate XP drivers etc

D/L of latest version mm2 - always crashes during addition
of transition effects audio or text files etc

Any help or pointers greatly appreciated
