Conflict with usrmlkna

's Computer Specifications

Win XP Pro

When logging off or shutting Windows down I'm seeing a window flash showing
a failure with the file Usrmlkna.exe.

This file I've located and is for a US Robotics internal modem that I have,
I've stopped this file running by using MSconfig but them the modem doesn't
work.

Any ideas?
