I have a few different profiles on outlook...when I open outlook it opens to
the original profile page and doesnt ask me which profile I want to open...to
get to that option I have to go to the task manager...find
OUTLOOK>EXE...remove it and close the task manager...then if I open the
outlook it asks which profile I want...seems there is something wrong,,,any
idea how to fix...thanks

That's not a conflict with TaskManager, which just shows you the running
processes. Either you don't close Outlook, or, more likely, something
prevents Outlook from closing properly. You might remove any addins from
Outlook step by step and see if one of is the cause.
